The Tox Folsom is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales-driven Front Desk & Sales Associates to join our founding team. If you enjoy helping people, creating exceptional client experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced wellness environment, we'd love to meet you.
About The Tox
The Tox Technique is a hands-on body sculpting and wellness treatment that helps reduce bloating and water retention while supporting digestion, circulation, metabolism, and overall wellness. We're excited to bring the signature Sculpt Detox Glow experience to Folsom.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and check in clients with exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Educate clients on services, and retail products
- Help achieve sales goals through memberships, packages, and retail recommendations
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist with daily studio operations
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Use Mindbody software (experience is a plus, but training is provided)
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Wellness, spa, fitness, or medical office experience is a plus

Schedule
- Part-time and full-time available
- Expected hours: 15–40 per week
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
