Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Salesforce & Airtable Integration Specialist to join our client's team. We’re looking for a Salesforce & Airtable Integration Specialist to help design and implement a reliable integration between Airtable and Salesforce. This role will focus on ensuring meetings booked or tracked in Airtable automatically sync into Salesforce so they can be surfaced in dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, Airtable automations, and reporting architecture, and can independently assess requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the current Airtable and Salesforce environments
- Design and configure an integration between Airtable and Salesforce
- Map meeting and activity data into Salesforce objects and reporting structures
- Ensure meeting activity can be tracked in Salesforce dashboards and reports
- Build or configure workflows, automations, and integrations
- Recommend best practices for scalability, reliability, and data integrity
- Create documentation and provide implementation handoff/support
- Review existing Airtable workflows and meeting booking processes
- Review Salesforce objects, reporting requirements, and data model
- Configure integrations using APIs, native tools, or middleware platforms
- Create field mappings and sync logic
- Configure Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Troubleshoot sync issues and data inconsistencies
- Ensure clean, accurate, and reportable data in Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms
- Strong Salesforce Admin and/or Developer experience
- Experience with Airtable automations and APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience with workflow automation and data mapping
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S.
Duration: Part-time, consulting
Rate: $80/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
