Manage project teams/multiple subcontractors, oversee master schedules/look aheads, project coordination/planning/logistics, ensure specs/timelines/quality/safety/profits, progress reports, cost control, job meetings, and resolve issues
- Project focus are jobs under $50M each with multiple jobsites throughout the Bay Area which will be assigned based on what city each candidate lives in
Requirements:

3+ years as Superintendent at a General Contractor

Extensive experience with commercial TI, science/technology, and/or healthcare projects

Working experience with MS Project/Office and Procore
-
Solid communication and organizational skills
