We're looking for motivated, high energy Personal Trainers who thrive in a fast paced environment and knows how to build relationships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging and results driven personal training sessions
- Coach dynamic 1 on 1 and family group training sessions
- Create a customized workout programs based on client goals and needs
- Build Strong interpersonal relationships that increase client retention and results
- Motivate clients through accountability, education and support
- Maintain organized client notes, progress tracking, and scheduling
- Provide an exceptional member experience from consultation to goal achievement
- Continuously improve coaching, communication and fitness knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, many others)
- CPR/AED Certification
