All Seasons Sports Grill Line Cooks are responsible for numerous aspects of Kitchen production; oversees and ensures the variety and quality of each meal proudly served at All Seasons!
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Proven experience as Line Cook - 2 plus years in industry
· ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
