- Responsibility over the logistics, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule
- Coordinating with spare parts department to contact with suppliers on expected shipment and delivery dates for pending orders.
- Providing Notice to customer or receiving warehouse on shipment status and expected delivery dates, tracking information, and next steps once cargo is received.
- Coordinate with suppliers and 3rd party freight forwarders warehouse to confirm that all cargo is received and is in good condition.
- Generate required shipping documents, including but not limited to, packing list, shipping invoice, Shipper’s export declaration (if export), and other documentation necessary to complete shipment.
- Arranging the export of orders (if necessary) overseas and provide sufficient notice to consignee to receive shipment.
- Responsible for using 3rd party carriers to facilitate the trucking of cargo from one project site to another.
- Ability to coordinate shipments that will make use of anywhere from 1 to upwards of 40 different trucks.
- Source different carriers for most competitive option for specific moves required
- Work with management to select the preferred carrier and arrange the shipments from origin to destination.
- Maintain and update a workable driver schedule spreadsheet for each project that will show all drivers information and expected pickup and delivery dates of all cargo.
- Be responsible in Import Clearance and final delivery of cargo to destination.
- Coordinate with overseas shipper to receive correct and accurate documentation by required deadline for any import shipment.
- Provide required documentation to 3rd party brokerage company to clear the import.
- Arrange delivery of imported cargo to destination using selected carriers.
- Ensuring vendors meet shipping deadlines.
- Communicate with custom brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines regarding any issues relating to shipments
- Integrate the logistics Resources and find the best logistics scheme for the company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or business management (may not be required depending on experience)
- Strong ability to prioritize when working with several projects
- Strong follow up and communication skills
- Ability to track product movement from PO to Delivery
- Follow up with international vendor to verify shipping information
- Impeccable organization skills
- Detail oriented and good multi-tasking skills
- Very dependable and loyal
- Excellent PC skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Mandarin is preferred
