Sunny Skies ABA is a family-centered provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to helping children with autism thrive. As we continue to expand throughout the Charlotte area, we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help us build meaningful partnerships within the community and connect more families with the services they need.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and making a positive impact. Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, pediatrics, healthcare, or community outreach is strongly preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with proven relationship-building or sales experience who are excited to learn.
You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, schools, hospitals, and other community referral partners.
- Introduce providers to Sunny Skies ABA and educate them about our services.
- Develop new referral sources throughout the Charlotte area.
- Visit provider offices and community organizations on a regular basis.
- Represent Sunny Skies ABA at networking events, conferences, resource fairs, and community events.
- Identify opportunities to expand our community presence and referral network.
- Track outreach activities, partnerships, and referral growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop outreach strategies and achieve growth goals.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for Sunny Skies ABA and our mission.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, provider relations, healthcare marketing, recruiting, business development, community outreach, account management, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Preferred experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, pediatrics, healthcare, education, or therapy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for meeting new people.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
