Assignment: September 2026 – January 2027 (Flexible Coverage)
Schedule: 3 days/week, 10-hour shifts (8 patient-facing hours + 2 hours administrative time)
Commitment: Providers must be able to work either:
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, or
- Alternating weeks

Call: Approximately one 24-hour call shift per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) plus rotating weekend call with the Family Medicine OB team.
Patient Volume: 18+ patients per day
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days (can be expedited)
Licensure: Washington license or IMLC accepted
Travel & Housing: Fully covered by the client
Position Overview
Join a collaborative and mission-driven Family Medicine team providing comprehensive primary care and obstetrical services in beautiful Washington State. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient Family Medicine, women's health, pediatrics, and obstetrics while working alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team.
Physicians will provide:
- Outpatient Family Medicine for patients of all ages
- Full-spectrum women's health services
- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Vaginal deliveries
- C-sections (required)
- Neonatal admissions and newborn rounding
- Pediatric primary care
The practice delivers approximately 100–115 births annually, allowing physicians to maintain an active obstetrical practice while enjoying a manageable patient panel.

Providers should be comfortable educating and supporting patients through women's health procedures, including D&C counseling and follow-up (procedure performance not required).

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience practicing Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Comfortable performing C-sections (required)
- Comfortable with neonatal admissions and newborn rounding
- Active Washington license or eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
Pay: $561,000.00 - $780,000.00 per year
