This “intern”position involves cold calling and prospecting potential home owners in Ohio, that may want to sell their house.
You will learn, from the ground up, how to talk to potential sellers and collect information needed for the acquisitions team.
The day to day responsibilities will require 4-5 hours per day of cold calling in our office. Thick skin is required!
Skills/Background needed:
No prior experience needed. Willingness to learn, listen, and work hard is required.

- A minimum of a 3 month commitment

- Willingness to take criticism AND implement training
- Cold Calling for 4-5 hours per day in office on a 4 line dialer (provided)
- Talking to prospective sellers and asking questions, progressively learning the prospecting process.
- Helping Acquisitions Department with odds and ends
***Please note! This position can be a grind, lots of rejection, some days more than others, but if you can stick through it through the initial 3 months, there are many payoffs and lifelong skills to take with you****
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
