BaristaJob Summary
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and service-oriented Bilingual Barista (English/Spanish) to join our team.
We specialize in Colombian specialty coffee and freshly roasted coffee, but above all, we believe great hospitality is what keeps customers coming back. A positive attitude, excellent customer service, and willingness to learn are more important to us than previous barista experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks consistently
- Provide friendly, attentive, and welcoming customer service
- Learn about our Colombian specialty coffee and confidently explain our products
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and customer area
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
- Work efficiently and support the team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Barista or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
