GolfUp31 provides year-round golf entertainment using TopGolf's TopTracer technology with Roarry's providing food and drinks. Our goal is to provide the new standard of excitement and entertainment for Kokomo and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
bars
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Assist team members in creating a personalized experience for every guest
- Communicate with host to clean/reset table and/or bartop once guests have left
- Run food in a safe and efficient manner to guest tables
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
Skills:
- Ability to help with various tasks in the kitchen and catering operations Responsible and takes initiative
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to maintain a clean and organize work area
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
