Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a smooth flow of service
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as basic plating or ingredient setup when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning routines including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while upholding food handling safety standards
Requirements
- Understanding of food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices
- Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations in restaurants or hospitality settings
