Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working within a fast-paced factory environment to assemble products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly line processes, hand tools, and power tools, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations. Prior warehouse or factory experience is a plus, and familiarity with forklift operation and mechanical knowledge will be highly valued. Duties
- Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively
- Use forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed to move materials or finished products
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues that may arise during assembly
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, factory work, or assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
- Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
