Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and proactive individuals with prior law enforcement or strong security background and active BSIS Exposed Firearms permit to serve as Mobile Security Specialists. This role involves a motorhome style vehicle, starting from Lancaster, and traveling to various client designated locations. Responsibilities include mobile protection, on-site security, surveillance monitoring, and maintaining the operational condition of the assigned vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a large motorhome style vehicle as a mobile command and security unit.
- Patrol designated areas and monitor surroundings for suspicious or unlawful activity.
- Utilize onboard surveillance and communication equipment to support security operations.
- Provide a visible, professional security presence to deter unauthorized activity.
- Protect staff and/or clients while in transit or during stationary assignments.
- Maintain strong communication with dispatch, management, and local law enforcement..
- Log activities, complete daily security reports, and escalate incidents as needed.
- Ensure the motorhome remains in proper working condition, including basic upkeep and reporting mechanical issues.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or high level private security role is required.
- Valid and BSIS Exposed Firearm permit.
- Clean driving record and valid California driver's license.
- Experience driving, maneuvering, and operating the functions of a motorhome stye vehicle (prefered, but not required)
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a large vehicle (motorhome / RV -style)
- Strong situational awareness and conflict management skills
- MUST pass a background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GPS navigation, surveillance tools, and radio communication.
- Experience in mobile security or executive protection
- Full-time employees eligible for benefits after 90 days
