Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services. As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy flexibility in your schedule while working in a supportive, professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment space
- Provide customer service and build client relationships
- Recommend treatment plans and home-care advice when appropriate
- Uphold all state licensing requirements and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Wisconsin
- Liability insurance required
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
- Experience in a spa or clinical setting is a plus
