Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Auto Detailing Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for automotive care, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The Auto Detailing Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of our detailing department.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the auto detailing team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Train new team members on proper detailing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Oversee car wash, buffing, cleaning, and other detailing services to meet company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
- Ensure all vehicles are detailed according to specifications and customer expectations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and detailing products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly
Skills
- Strong background in car wash, detailing, buffing, ceramic install and cleaning techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team in an automotive or custodial environment
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of vehicle care
- Ability to train staff on technical skills such as buffing, window tinting, and detailed cleaning procedures
- Dependability with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality standards
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
