What You’ll Do

Be the first and last impression—greet clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone, online, and in-person communication

Schedule appointments and keep the daily flow running smoothly

Coordinate communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff

Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs

Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment

Keep client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming

Educate clients on services, products, and pharmacy options
