GovDocs is building a predictable, measurable revenue engine, and this role helps make it run. As our first dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep our systems, data, and reporting accurate and actionable. You will help maintain the sales and marketing technology stack, support how leads and opportunities move through the funnel, build the dashboards the team relies on, and put practical AI to work in our sales and marketing workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their revenue operations career who likes solving problems with data and process, and who wants room to grow.
What You'll Do
- Support the sales and marketing technology stack. Help administer and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot, along with related analytics tools. Keep field definitions, campaign structures, and data clean and consistent so reporting is accurate and trusted across our postings and software lines of business.
- Support the lead and opportunity lifecycle. Help maintain lead and opportunity definitions, lead scoring, and routing rules that reflect our products and customer segments. Track follow-up between Marketing and Sales so it stays fast and consistent, especially for high-value accounts.
- Manage data enrichment and list health. Use ZoomInfo and other enrichment sources to keep account and contact data accurate, complete, and actionable, so Sales and Marketing reach the right prospects from reliable data.
- Support sales campaigns and outbound execution. Partner with Sales on the operational side of campaigns and outbound: segmentation, list building, sequencing, tracking, and reporting, so reps spend more time selling and less time on setup.
- Build pipeline and revenue reporting. Create and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, velocity, win rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline by segment and product. Prepare the inputs that support forecasting and help leadership see pipeline coverage and trends clearly.
- Put AI to work in sales and marketing workflows. Help identify, test, and roll out AI-driven solutions that make the Sales team more effective, from faster research and personalization to smarter prospect prioritization and streamlined campaign and reporting work. Apply these tools responsibly, with attention to data quality and accuracy.
- Support product launches. Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing leadership on launch mechanics, helping ensure every campaign, channel, and touchpoint is set up for clean attribution and post-launch learning.
- Document process and support enablement. Document how leads flow, how campaigns are built and tagged, and how reports are constructed. Help train Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on the systems and dashboards so the revenue engine does not depend on any one person's knowledge.
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or a related revenue or marketing operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience across reports, workflow, and data management; administrator experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Experience with data enrichment and intent tools such as ZoomInfo.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and turning data into clear, usable insight.
- Familiarity with lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and Sales service-level agreements.
- Comfort applying AI tools to real sales and marketing problems, with sound judgment about where they add value and where human review is required.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- A bias toward documentation, repeatable process, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Who You Are
- You lead by example and share your passion to inspire those around you for growth. You are authentic, driven, and positive.
- You possess emotional intelligence and empathy — self-aware, self-critical but not arrogant, with a good sense of humor and grace in interpersonal dynamics.
- You do more than the minimum to achieve outstanding results, rolling up your sleeves when it's necessary.
- You thrive in a growth-oriented company, embracing and adapting to change easily.
- You communicate clearly, fostering understanding and collaboration — expressing ideas effectively while also listening actively.
