The Senior Estimator will report into the Preconstruction leadership team and be responsible for leading the estimating process on large-scale mechanical construction opportunities. You will play a key role in driving project wins and supporting business growth.

Lead detailed estimates for mechanical construction projects valued up to $20M

Prepare comprehensive take-offs and cost analyses for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Review drawings, specifications, schematics, and bid documents to develop accurate pricing strategies

Solicit, analyse, and evaluate vendor, subcontractor, and equipment quotations

Develop bid proposals and presentations for general contractors, owners, and key stakeholders

Manage multiple estimates simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and preconstruction teams to ensure successful project pursuits
