Job Summary
Russ Bassett is seeking an Assembler to build mission-critical consoles, technical workstations, and custom furniture systems used in public safety, government, utility, and control room environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom consoles, cabinetry, and workstation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Install hardware, cable management, and basic electrical components.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare finished products for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of assembly, cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
