The Christian Education Network (CEN) School Partnerships Specialist focuses on executing day-to-day sales development, outbound outreach, and product demonstrations for private K-12 schools. This role carries out the operational sales cycle to drive software adoption and supports the leadership team by maintaining pipeline accuracy in the CRM.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct outbound outreach and lead generation to build a pipeline within target private K-12 schools.
- Deliver software product demonstrations to school administrators, CFOs, and decision-makers using established sales playbooks.
- Educate prospective clients on how the platform streamlines state tax-credit scholarship compliance and donor tracking.
- Manage direct accounts through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain complete account records, contact histories, and deal statuses within the CRM.
- Support onboarding handoffs for newly closed accounts and assist with administrative sales tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 2–4 years of direct sales, account management, or business development experience (SaaS or K-12 education sector preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard web presentation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident presentation abilities, high attention to detail, and disciplined time management.
- Familiarity with private K-12 school administration or educational tax-credit/scholarship programs is a plus.

- Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
