Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments for clients, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans to address their specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio license as a Massage Therapist.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Professionalism and integrity in maintaining client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
