Overview:
Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship

Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service

Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments

Qualifications:
Required:
-
Have 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program

1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision

Clean driving record

Must have own tools
- Must have or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time with occasional overnights and perform 50% or more work offsite/in the field

Ability to work flexible/on-call hours

Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Exceptional documentation and communication abilities
