Talent Operations Coordinator, Time & Attendance

We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinato r to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting HR operations while serving as the firm's Workday Time Tracking and Absence expert.
In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate employee data, efficient timekeeping processes, and continuous improvements that support our global workforce and deliver outstanding service to our people.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
- Audit and resolve timekeeping, leave, and payroll-related discrepancies.
- Maintain work schedules, holiday calendars, absence plans, and timekeeping configurations.
- Support HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.
- Partner with Payroll, HRIS, and IT on system enhancements, testing, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create reports, analyze workforce data, and provide operational insights.
- Develop job aids, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
- Provide exceptional support to employees and managers while helping improve HR processes and systems.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or a related field.
- Required experience with Workday, including Time Tracking, Absence, and Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, payroll, and leave administration processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced attention to detail with experience auditing HR data.
- Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global workforce operations.
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and timekeeping systems.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including FLSA and leave administration.
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits. .
This position may be filled in the following location(s). The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
Washington, D.C., compensation range: $81,420.00 to $120,980.00 annually
