About the Role
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding Ankutsan's presence in the U.S. corrugated packaging market by leveraging your industry expertise and customer network.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who already has strong relationships within the corrugated packaging industry and can generate significant business opportunities. Your success will be measured not only by your sales performance but also by your ability to bring high-value customers and build sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities within your assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the corrugated packaging industry.
- Utilize your existing customer network and industry relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Present product solutions and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Conduct customer visits and market development activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and business development objectives.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience in corrugated cardboard box (corrugated packaging) sales.
- An established customer portfolio within the corrugated packaging industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing significant sales volumes.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant sales experience (stronger consideration will be given to candidates with substantial customer portfolios and revenue generation achievements).
- Strong track record in business development and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Preferred:
- Experience working within the U.S. packaging industry.
- Existing relationships with large-volume packaging buyers and distributors.
- Experience managing customers with significant annual purchasing volumes.
- Knowledge of international trade and supply chain processes is a plus.
