TRYSeafood FuQuay is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking, take pride in preparing quality food, and can thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining TRYSeafood's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to recipes and established standards.
- Properly season, portion, and plate food.
- Maintain consistent food quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Set up and stock your assigned station before service.
- Keep your cooking station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Monitor food temperatures and properly store ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other kitchen team members.
- Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties.
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift.
- Follow instructions from the kitchen lead or manager.
- Assist other kitchen team members when needed.

Previous line-cook or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
