Bravo! Dental is seeking Full- Time, ethical, patient -centered, family- focused full-time General Dentists with 2 or more years of post-graduate clinical experience to join our growing, private multi-location practice across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
We are a specialist-owned, non-DSO private practice with 11 established locations, offering strong clinical support, consistent patient flow, and a professional environment that prioritizes ethical, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Financial Highlights
- Signing Bonus for full-time, 5 days/week positions
- Paid Working Interview: 30% of net production for work performed on interview day
- Guaranteed Daily Rate: $650–$750/day for the first 60 days
- Production-Based Compensation:
- 28% or higher of collections after 60 days
- Rate based on clinical scope and ability to perform comprehensive general dentistry
Practice Highlights

- No late evenings or weekends
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No pressure to over-diagnose or produce unnecessary treatment

Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of U.S.-based dental practice experience
- Active Texas Dental License
- Valid DEA and NPI
- U.S. dental training and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Clean loss run report with malpractice carrier
- Eligible for insurance credentialing and TMHP enrollment
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages (children, adults, seniors)
- Experience with OpenDental or comparable dental software
Clinical Proficiency Required
- Restorative dentistry
- Surgical extractions
- Non-surgical endodontic treatment (through maxillary first molars)
- Fixed and removable prosthodontics
- Pulpotomy and stainless steel crowns
- All levels of non-surgical periodontal therapy
- Preventive care and emergency management
