<Responsibilities>
- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing transparent auto estimating and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, suspension, tire service, and more.
- Upsell additional services by identifying customer needs while maintaining integrity and trust.
- Manage service writing tasks efficiently, including creating detailed work orders and updating repair status throughout the process.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain meticulous records of all service activities.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service writing and follow-up support to enhance their automotive experience.
<Requirements>
- Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics skills.
- Familiarity with a wide range of automotive repairs including transmissions, oil changes, auto body repair, air brake systems, alignment, shocks & struts, tire service, diesel engine repair, and brake repair.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Experience in auto estimating software and sales techniques to promote additional services confidently.
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures such as suspension work, wheel alignments, oil changes, and automobile sales processes.
