Our food expeditors are primarily responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow remains between the kitchen and the wait staff. As an Expeditor, you will be tasked with:

Ability to multitask in a fast environment.

Ensure orders are being prepared in the proper order.

Ensure each plate is appropriately garnished and presentable for the guest.

Run food if the wait staff is busy.

Make sure sauces and garnishments are filled at the start and end of shift.

Break down any containers and help clean the line at close of business.

Ensure the line stays clean.
-
Good written and verbal communication.
-
Know Department of Health standards.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-
Be a team player and work well with management and servers.

Prior customer service experience
-
Highschool Diploma or GED
