Responsibilities
- Host and facilitate trivia games with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring all participants are engaged and having fun
- Explain game rules clearly and answer questions from participants to ensure smooth gameplay
- Manage guest interactions professionally, resolving conflicts or misunderstandings promptly and effectively
- Assist with setting up event venues, including manual handling of equipment and materials needed for each session
- Promote upcoming events and encourage guest participation to boost attendance and overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in public speaking or theater to confidently engage audiences of varying sizes
- Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes or disruptions diplomatically
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely during setup or breakdown processes
- Experience in food service or guest services roles is a plus
