Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement

- Present product offerings confidently, demonstrating the benefits and technical features to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives in multilingual markets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering technical guidance when needed
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct customer engagement, preferably within energy sales, solar industry, or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and tracking progress
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities and expand market reach
- Experience in door-to-door sales or field marketing is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for direct community interaction is essential
