Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Provide information on MINI models, features, and benefits to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth and efficient vehicle financing processes.
- Assist customers with test drives and answer inquiries about vehicle specifications.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales; 2 years of Sales Experience.
- Understanding of MINI brand values and product offerings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must.

Pay: Earning potential of up to $150,000 per year between salary and commission.
