Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Experience utilizing CMMS systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
- Desire to grow with a stable, family-oriented company.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50–75 pounds.
- Ability to safely work at varying heights and in manufacturing environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with machine operators, Team Leads, and leadership to diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, program, and adjust PLC-controlled machinery and automated systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and blueprints.
- Ensure machine guarding, safety devices, and interlock systems meet company and regulatory safety standards.
- Follow and execute all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Support and promote OSHA safety initiatives and maintain compliance with all company safety policies.
- Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles.
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
