P3SG is seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Licensed Dietitian to lead our Dietary Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare dietary leader who is passionate about patient nutrition, food service excellence, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
As the Dietary Manager, you will oversee all dietary operations, supervise staff, manage department performance, ensure food safety compliance, and support the nutritional needs of patients throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all dietary department staff.
- Manage dietary department operations, scheduling, and performance.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Assist with purchasing and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Participate in menu planning and therapeutic diet implementation.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, temperatures, and service standards.
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and healthcare providers.
- Review nutrition assessments and care plans.
- Implement cost-effective departmental procedures.
- Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification OR Licensed Dietitian.
- Minimum 2 years of dietary leadership or management experience.
- Hospital Dietary Manager experience required.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition services and food safety standards.
- Ability to obtain ServSafe certification after hire.
Preferred
- Acute Care Hospital experience.
- Critical Access Hospital experience.
- Experience with therapeutic diets.
- Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and HACCP requirements.
- Strong leadership and staff development skills.
