We're looking for a highly skilled, motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience working on cars, a professional and courteous demeanor and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The Automotive Technician will be asked to perform a wide range of complex duties including service maintenance, battery replacement, tire installation, as well as repairs that require specialized training. An understanding of cars and automotive functions is required, but also some electrical knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose a vehicle's engine, steering, suspension, drive train, braking system, and electrical and air conditioning systems.
- Explain any repairs to the customer.
- Diagnose engine problems and perform routine maintenance on vehicles with minor problems.
- Buy auto parts.
- Use basic tools to replace auto parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.90 per hour
