HELP BUILD GREAT PROJECTS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION STARTS
At Edgework Design Build, we believe great projects are won or lost long before construction begins.
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator / Estimator to help guide projects from concept to construction.
This role serves as the connection between Design, Sales, and Production by helping develop budgets, scopes of work, subcontractor pricing, proposals, and project handoffs.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of residential construction, estimating, project coordination, or project management experience
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Residential remodeling experience preferred
