Caregivers (Direct Service Providers) will be providing direct in-home care, quality supervision and supportive services for adults with developmental disabilities, parents, and the elderly.
No previous experience is necessary! We provide our caregivers with paid, on the job training and support. As a Caregiver, you will serve as a personal attendant and spend at least 80% of your time supervising, feeding, or dressing clients in their homes. Many of our clients receive services from both On My Own and IHSS (In-Home Support Services).

What Do You Need to be a Caregiver?
- 18 years of age or older
- A Current CA Driver License
- Car Insurance in Your Name
- Reliable Transportation to Use for Work
- Enthusiasm to Learn!
Caregiver Daily Tasks Include:
- Supervising clients in personal care (e.g., bathing, showering, grooming, etc.).
- Assisting clients in preparing meals.
- Overseeing clients performing daily living tasks, which may include the use and monitoring of assistive devices and precautionary equipment, such as a Hoyer lift, bathing rails, ramps, etc., to ensure client’s safety.
- Performing limited housekeeping tasks in the client’s personal space.
This position has a fixed base wage, with a passive rate of $16.90 per hour for travel, training, and "sleep" shifts.
