You will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ Project Advisors (Sales
Representatives) that are responsible for performing thorough home inspections,
recommend correct solutions/repairs, and generate an Acculevel contract for the work.
You will be responsible for conducting weekly sales meetings that include sales training
and participating in daily coaching & ride-alongs with Project Advisors. You will attend
regular meetings virtually and in person at HQ and throughout your territory to include
portions of, but not limited to South Indy, Southern Indiana & Kentucky.
We are looking for sales managers with experience in home services who can recruit,
train & develop new sales reps while developing an existing team of seasoned sales
professionals.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, a proven
track record of successfully managing a sales team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ Years experience as a sales manager
- Ability to work independently.
- 5+ years of sales experience preferred
- B2C and B2B sales experience is a plus
- General Construction and/or Home Services knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of the Foundation Repair industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with sales team & co-workers company-wide
- Be an expert on all Acculevel products/services
- Develop & maintain a successful sales team and exceed monthly quotas
- Consistently follow up with Project Advisors' open opportunities in their pipeline
- Review & upload all needed documentation into Salesforce CRM following
- Work with the Operations Department to insure customers jobs are completed successfully
- Maintain a team average of 8-12 appts per week, per project advisor
- Serve at the will of the VP of Sales & Division Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to perform "needs analysis" with customers and sell accordingly
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel overnight, approximately 20%.
- Physically able to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc.
- Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software (Salesforce a plus)& technology
- Background check and drug screening are part of our hiring process.
