POSITION OVERVIEW
A warm and engaged family is seeking a dependable, experienced full time private nanny for their three triplets who are currently 11 months old. This family places a strong emphasis on safety, consistent routine, and calm, developmentally minded care. The right candidate is independent, even tempered, and genuinely happy and engaged with children.
This is a long term opportunity with a family that is committed to building a lasting relationship with the right caregiver.
SCHEDULE
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility around start and end times
THE CHILDREN
Triplet 11-month olds. The family is looking for a nanny who is comfortable and confident caring for multiples.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Childcare and Safety
- Provide attentive, engaged, and consistently happy care throughout the day
- Maintain strong situational awareness and proactively manage household safety and hazards using critical thinking, rather than simply reacting to them
- Maintain the children's established daily routine with consistency
- No screen time for the children
Household Support
- Prepare meals for the children
- Manage the children's laundry and clothing
- Keep the children's daily essentials organized
Pets
- The household includes a dog and a cat; no significant pet care is required beyond basic, friendly interaction
Communication
- Maintain the family's daily paper running sheet with updates on the children's schedule
- Send text updates, including photos and quick questions, throughout the day
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous professional nannying experience
- Experience with multiples
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Pay rate: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour to start, commensurate with experience
- Salary review with potential increase after the first 90 days
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Benefits negotiable (health care stipend, paid vacation, etc)
- Paid as a W2 household employee
Start Date: Flexible

- Current First Aid and CPR
- Up to date vaccinations
- Non-Smoker
- Minimum 3* years of _professional *_childcare/nannying experience
- Strong understanding of DAP and play based learning
- Willing to undergo a background check and screening process
