Provides, direction, support and guidance to assigned staff. Responsible for the assigned program, new business development, strategic affiliations and special projects. Provides agency-wide administrative support to the activities of divisions and teams assigned. Also responsible for fiscal, administrative, clinical and operational aspects of the defined areas of responsibility. Supports the planning efforts, while providing expertise directed toward operational action plans.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Project Director duties include:
Provides direction, supervision, coaching, training and regular performance feedback to build employee skills and support progress toward goals.
Effectively and legally interviews applicants and makes appropriate staff selections.
Creates training and development plans to support new employees to be successful.
Completes performance evaluations in a timely and thorough manner.
Assists with the development of the team budget and monitors budget throughout the year.
Monitors program plan adherence to ensure quality service delivery.
Responsible for program and project development, as assigned, including fiscal, administrative, clinical and operational aspects of assigned divisions, teams or otherwise defined areas of responsibility.
Identifies opportunities for program improvement or growth, defines potential strategies for consideration and assists in the development of approved programs and strategies.
Promotes culturally competent and accessible services for all clients. Develops and implements plans to achieve cultural competence and effective access when indicators point to problems.
Bachelor’s degree in related behavioral science.
Four years of relevant experience, with prior supervisory experience preferred
Broad programming abilities for diverse clinical populations
Demonstrated organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and a minimum of two years of safe driving experience
