We're looking for a hardworking, energetic, and team-oriented Barback to support our Kavatenders and help keep the bar running smoothly. This role focuses on creating a seamless guest experience by engaging with our community, taking guest orders, assisting Kavatenders with cashing out guests, washing dishes, brewing kava and kratom, changing kegs, stocking the bar, and ensuring the team has everything it needs to succeed throughout the shift. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, works well in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is always willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
Pay: $22.11 - $26.63 per hour
