Our company is currently hiring a driven and customer-focused AT&T Retail Representative to join our team. As an AT&T Retail Representative, you will represent AT&T in retail locations, working directly with customers in a in-person environment to explain available services and complete new enrollments.

AT&T Retail Representative Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with retail customers to explain service options
- Generate new accounts through effective sales conversations
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Assist customers with account setup and service selections
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales
- Attend team meetings and ongoing training as an AT&T Retail Representative
- Contribute to team success by supporting overall sales performance
AT&T Retail Representative Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in an in-person, retail setting
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales
- Ability to work full-time with a consistent schedule
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
