Job Summary
The Women’s Programming Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Women's Program Managers to ensure that residents are equipped with what they need to not only be successful in our program, but to thrive once they leave. They will be responsible for supporting resident program activities and assisting to ensure residents adhere to the Resident Program Agreement.
Responsibilities
- Assist Program Managers to ensure all residents have a healthy, safe, and productive environment in their day-to-day life on property.
- Assist and support Program Managers in evening classes (Bible studies and life skills classes)
- After being trained: assist the Program Managers in the screening of applicants, call references, and assist in the intake process of potential new residents.
- Assist Program Managers in ensuring all non-working residents are on the job search process, hold residents accountable for program fee payments.
- Assist Program Managers in ensuring that all residents adhere to HRS policies and rules by documenting rule infractions, disciplinary action, and terminating of resident when necessary.
- Conduct home inspections and random drug testing consistent with HRS protocols.
- Attend necessary Care Team meetings with Program and Case Managers.
- Assist with Administrative tasks when needed.
- Represent ministry at events, which may include occasional weekends.
- All other tasks as determined by your supervisors
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in social work, behavioral mental health, or case management.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes both days and evenings and possible weekend shifts.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have the physical capabilities to complete property turnovers.
Other Qualifications
- Strong walk, following the Christian faith. This includes a willingness to recognize and adhere to the ministry’s Christian Core Values

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
