House Manager II
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Manager to oversee the operations and care services at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing group homes, assisted living facilities, or retirement homes, with a strong focus on long-term care.
House Manager II
The primary focus of the House Manager II role should be the day-to-day supervision, stability, and quality of care within the residential treatment environment. This position supports the House Manager I by ensuring operations run smoothly at the cottage/house level while maintaining compliance, safety, and staff accountability.
Core Focus Areas
- Daily Residential Operations
- Ensure routines, schedules, transportation, appointments, meals, hygiene, and activities are completed consistently and efficiently.
- Direct Care Staff Supervision
Provide oversight, coaching, guidance, and support to direct care staff during assigned shifts. Monitor performance and address concerns in real time.
- Youth Care & Behavioral Support
Support implementation of behavior plans, trauma-informed care practices, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and therapeutic programming.Maintain a safe, secure, and structured environment for youth and staff. Ensure completion of room checks, head counts, medication procedures, and incident response protocols.Review shift notes, incident reports, communication logs, and daily documentation for accuracy and completion. Communicate concerns to leadership promptly.Assist with maintaining licensing standards, RTC regulations, internal policies, and audit readiness at the house level.Assist with staffing coordination, call-outs, shift assignments, and maintaining proper coverage ratios.Help orient and mentor new direct care staff while reinforcing expectations, professionalism, and policy adherence.Coordinate with case management, nursing, clinical staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and communication.Suggested Role Summary

The House Manager II is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the residential home, supervising direct care staff, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment, and maintaining compliance with agency policies and RTC standards. This role serves as the frontline operational leader for assigned shifts and assists in promoting consistency, accountability, and quality care for youth served.
Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
On-Call is a must
