F5 Facility Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Electrical Department Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations, growth, and overall performance of our Electrical Division. This role works closely with the Electrical General Manager to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, customers are well-supported, and internal teams are set up for success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing operational oversight with customer communication and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Support the Electrical General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Division
Assist with scheduling, project coordination, and workflow management
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are staffed, supplied, and completed on time
Help monitor job progress, deadlines, and quality standards
Assist with documentation, reporting, and process improvements
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development efforts as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
Previous experience in electrical operations, facilities management, or a related leadership role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic office software (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)
Leadership mindset with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
Electrical industry knowledge is a strong plus, but not required
