As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll work directly with businesses to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and build long-term partnerships. What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll manage an assigned territory while developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and developing new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Scheduling and conducting face-to-face customer meetings
- Performing facility surveys to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Demonstrating Omega's products and services
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Preparing proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
- Meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin goals
- Maintaining accurate customer information, sales opportunities, and activity within the company CRM
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activity
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Participating in sales meetings, product training, and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

- Outside sales or business development experience is helpful but not required

First-year on-target earnings are approximately $60,000, with significant income growth potential as your customer base and territory expand.

- Occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer needs
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout an assigned sales territory
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening when required by customer accounts
