The Role
You'll be the face of Hochuli on the jobsite — running residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. You'll own the schedule, coordinate trades, maintain quality, and communicate directly with clients. You'll be hands-on when needed and sharp enough to catch a plan discrepancy before it becomes an expensive problem.
This is a high-trust, high-accountability role for someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't need to be managed.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain project schedules; keep trades, clients, and the office in sync
- Review plans before work begins and resolve issues before the first hammer swings
- Coordinate all trade contractors, inspections, and material orders
- Conduct weekly client site meetings and respond to questions within 24 hours
- Maintain daily logs, photos, and records in our project management software (JobTread)
- Drive toward zero punch-list items at every final walkthrough
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in high-quality residential remodeling
- Experience managing trades, schedules, and client communication simultaneously
- Ability to perform hands-on field tasks to keep jobs moving
- Tech-comfortable: iOS, email, and willing to learn new tools
- Calm under pressure, relentlessly organized, and genuinely proud of the work
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$45+ per hour based on verified experience
