Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed, small-piece electro-mechanical assembly using hand tools and other equipment.
- Assemble small components accurately by following detailed work instructions and established procedures.
- Follow instructions provided by the Supervisor and through an iPad-based system.
- Carefully inspect and review completed work to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting production output and quality goals.
- Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors regarding job progress or any issues.
- Follow all Quality Management System procedures and standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and detail-focused work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Lead or Supervisor.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
