What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct client calls to gather important case information and maintain strong client relationships
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case materials
- Support litigators throughout the full litigation lifecycle from case intake through resolution
- Assist with filing legal documents with courts and ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepare, organize, and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and document review
- Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and organized case files
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategy
- Assist attorneys with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation
- Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation management in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience handling filings, litigation procedures, discovery, and the overall lifecycle of a case
- Experience supporting litigators in active litigation matters
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with litigation terminology, court procedures, and filing requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Education
- Paralegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies is a plus, but not required
