We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Verizon Customer Service Associate. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to build experience in sales, business development, and customer engagement while representing one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications. As a partner supporting Verizon’s customer outreach and sales initiatives, we are expanding our team and looking for driven individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
As a Verizon Customer Service Associate, you will often serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them explore Verizon wireless, internet, and mobile solutions. Through hands-on experience and team collaboration, you will develop strong sales and communication skills while helping customers stay connected with reliable technology.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Associate
- Engage with customers through face-to-face sales conversations in assigned territories
- Present Verizon wireless, internet, and mobile service plans through personalized customer interactions
- Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and promote current Verizon products, services, and promotions
- Educate customers on available services to increase product awareness and usage
- Develop new leads while maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Address questions and overcome objections with clear, solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with fellow Verizon Customer Service Associates and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Customer Service Associate
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Direct experience as a Verizon Customer Service Associate is a plus
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer conversations
- Ability to handle objections and provide helpful solutions in a sales environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
